Shipping and delivery

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Shipping costs and delivery dates are calculated at the time of dispatch. Please note the estimated shipping date when placing your order. Shipping dates are estimates.

Please double-check your delivery address details when entering them, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect address information. We cannot change shipping details once the order has been placed, so please pay very close attention when placing your order.

  • LOST ITEMS IN TRANSIT

All orders are strictly non-refundable if your package was not delivered due to "no recipient at the time of delivery" or the "incorrect address" indicated on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package was successfully delivered. We recommend contacting your postal service if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.

  • ITEMS HELD AT THE POST OFFICE

It is the responsibility of customers to contact the post office and schedule a new delivery or pick up the item that is being held.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed as they go directly into production. We cannot change your delivery address once the order has been placed, so please double-check your shipping details.

We pack our mugs in a sturdy cardboard box to protect your mug and limit the possibility of damage during transport.

Please allow 4 to 6 business days before shipping. Shipping times are approximate and may be affected by holidays and busy holiday periods. Please note the approximate shipping date at checkout and select the express shipping option if your order is time-sensitive.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to modify or cancel it because all orders are customized.

Damaged products

  • For all products that arrive damaged, we will send a replacement without asking any questions. To be eligible, simply send photos of the damaged parts.
  • Please note that our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, even if your product is damaged.
